All the titles that make up the FNOBA 2020 arise from collaborations between two or more people. The structure of the festival has training instances -this year available on video-, and scholarship and residency programs that function as a node between local artists, such is the case of one of the works presented this month: Rosario Vega, a apocryphal biography, a research project by Agustina Crespo, Ana Crapis, Carolina Piola and Santiago Villalba that investigates the construction of individual and collective memory. “After working in pairs in the 2017 edition of the Winter School, we wanted to bring to the experience some more radically collaborative project, where the different artistic languages and procedures that each one worked worked in a really articulated way to investigate, experiment and create. The Residency for Creation contest offered by the organization gave us the opportunity to do this”,they explain.
